Björn has worked for both the North American and European divisions of Ducker Worldwide and is currently in charge of the management and development of the Berlin office, Germany. Björn’s wide range of professional experiences has enabled him to cover all facets of qualitative and quantitative research projects. Among them, he is most particularly keen on business strategy-oriented assessments such as new product and application opportunities, competitive intelligence, market size analysis and market-based selection of M&A candidates. Emphasis was placed on a broad mix of clients in automotive components, construction and chemical industries.

Prior to joining the firm, he worked for Roland Berger International Management Consultants, both in Germany and Brazil on the analysis of new strategic growth opportunities. In addition, he developed a background in financial and investment banking while working for the Deutsche Bank AG.

He completed his graduate studies in Economics and Business Administration with honors at Witten/Herdecke University, Germany. A citizen from Germany, Björn is fluent in Portuguese, English and French.
